Client Services Manager
Having worked for many years in the Federal government (perhaps too long), Diane was responsible for working closely with various Ministers, providing critical support to insure their offices were operating smoothly.
Diane brings a wealth of experience on many levels and she looks forward to focusing her efforts on the Total Client Experience. This involves partnering with our clients to ensure that all levels of communication from newsletters, workshops, special client events, quarterly calls and much more are running smoothly.
Diane is also responsible for clients’ events, coordinating and arranging client meetings and providing feedback from clients by undertaking satisfaction surveys annually.
In her other life, Diane enjoys designing, travelling and of course having fun with her two grandchildren, Cameron and Mia. A recent accomplishment was having a house she designed, winning first place in the contemporary kitchen division at the National Bath and Kitchen Association Award (NBKA) at the Ottawa Home Gala in 2014, and second place award at the NBKA 2015 for the contemporary powder room.
